These terms apply when you buy from Goteo. They don’t affect your legal rights as a consumer.
About us
Goteo is run by Goteo, a sole trader business run by Jayden, 2 Church Street, Stockport, SK6 1AJ. Contact: jmservices2023@gmail.com. Goteo is an independent reseller. All items are genuine. Goteo is not affiliated with the brands it sells.
What we sell
- New items: genuine stock, sold below the brand’s RRP. Where we show an RRP, it’s a real price the brand has charged.
- Used items: genuine, second-hand, one of each. Each listing shows its condition grade, flaws and photos of the actual item. How we grade condition.
- Sets: groups of items sold together at a set price.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. There are no taxes or charges on top of the prices shown, apart from delivery. Delivery is charged at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. If we’ve made an obvious pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before sending anything and you can cancel for a full refund.
Your basket
Adding an item to your basket holds it for you for 15 minutes, so no one else can buy it while you check out. After that it’s released and may sell to someone else.
Your order
Our contract starts when we email to confirm your order. If we can’t send an item (for example, it was damaged in storage), we’ll tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Options, prices and times are on our delivery page.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, including for used items. See Returns and refunds for how.
If something’s wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, what you buy must match its description and be of satisfactory quality. For used items, that takes into account the stated condition and the flaws shown. If something isn’t right, contact us.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
