Orders are packed and sent within 1 working day. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
Sets and used items
Sets travel together in one parcel. Used items are one-offs, so once you’ve paid, that exact piece is yours and comes off the site.
Something wrong?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, get in touch with your order number and we’ll sort it.
